We will email you a prepaid, fully insured UPS/ FedEx 2-Day label and instructions on how you can securely and adequately package your products within one to two business days following our conversation.
Take your order and label to a UPS/FedEx facility near you and ship them back to us.
Within two to three business days, your order should reach our office.
All refunds will be handled in the form of the original payment method within two weeks after matching the quality of the diamond and verifying the certificates post which you'll receive your money.
